I'm Saketh, a Yale undergraduate and coach/consultant based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I help students get into their dream school through college prep counseling, passion project building, and essay coaching. I specifically love working through the creative writing process and helping families manage what actually matters in order to alleviate anxiety.
I'm based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, so I work with most Austin, West Lake Hills, and Round Rock families over Zoom and Google Meets, which covers the full process smoothly. When I'm in the Austin area, which I am pretty frequently, I'm happy to meet in person.
I work with students from 9th grade through 12th grade. I believe that starting early gives both me and your student the most runway before the application cycle. That said, if your student is already a junior or senior, there's still plenty we can do together.
I went through this process two years ago. I know what schools like Yale, UPenn, and Johns Hopkins are looking for. Many consultants — and I know this from experience — provide outdated information that only worked ten years ago.
